Top of Water Tower

I climbed a rusty old ladder and got to the top of the water tower at Hell House. There is a hatch that had been opened most likely by other explorers or vandals. There is another ladder leading down into the empty tower but I wouldn't trust it. if it breaks your stuck in there haha
